Northseen support

Published · Last updated

Northseen support answers questions about checks, fixes, AI answers, purchases and your account. Most answers are on this page: how to save your fix list, restore a purchase, delete your account and cancel a plan. If your question is not answered here, send a message with the form below and it reaches the Dulger Labs support inbox.

How do I save my fix list?

To save your Northseen fix list, tap "Save my fix list" in the app and continue with Google, Apple or your email (we send a 6-digit code). Your site, results and progress are then saved to your account. Sign in the same way on another phone or at app.northseen.com to see everything there.

How do I restore a purchase?

Northseen plans belong to your Northseen account. To get a plan back on a new phone, sign in to Northseen the same way you did when you bought it (Google, Apple or an email code); Settings › Restore purchases asks you to sign in and then checks your plan. Plans bought on the web work the same way after you sign in.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your Northseen account, open Settings, then Account, tap Delete account and confirm. This removes your sites, checks, questions and answers from our servers and cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription. The delete your account page explains what is removed and how to ask by email.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a fix still fail after I changed it?

A fix can still fail after a change because many website platforms and hosts cache pages for a few minutes. Wait five to ten minutes, clear your site's cache if your host or plugin has one, and tap Re-check again. The fix shows what Northseen saw on the last check, so you can compare it with what your site shows now.

How fast do you reply?

Messages are read by the studio owner and answered by email, usually within a few working days.

Which information should I include?

Include your website address, the app version from Settings and what you expected to happen. Never send passwords or payment card numbers.
