This page explains how to delete your Northseen data. Northseen is made by Dulger Labs.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open Northseen and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and all data stored with it are deleted within 30 days, including backups.

If you cannot open the app, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and we delete it for you.

What is not deleted?

  • Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting data. Cancel them in the App Store, Google Play or from the web receipt email.
  • Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Anonymous usage data cannot be linked to you and expires on its own.

How do I delete data held by Dulger Labs?

Waitlist emails have an unsubscribe link that deletes your address at once. For support messages or any other data, write to [email protected] and we delete it within one month.
