Source: https://northseen.com/terms/ · Last updated: 2026-11-03 · Northseen

These terms of use apply to Northseen and to its website at northseen.com. By using the app or the website, you agree to them. Northseen is made and sold by Ogulcan Dulger ("Dulger Labs", "we"). Contact: support@dulgerlabs.com.

## What is Northseen?

Northseen is a website-checking and guidance tool for site owners aged 18 or older. It reads the public pages of a website the user enters, lists technical and content issues that affect how search engines and AI assistants can find and understand the site, shows steps to fix them for common website platforms, re-checks the fixes, and asks AI assistants (ChatGPT and Gemini) the user's own questions to show whether their answers mention the site. It gives general guidance only; it does not change the user's website, does not guarantee rankings, traffic or mentions, and is not legal, financial or medical advice.

Northseen gives no medical, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgement and ask a professional before decisions that need one.

## What is free and what is paid?

The first full check of one website, the full ordered fix list with steps for your platform, 3 item re-checks a month and a one-time AI snapshot of 3 questions. Premium adds: unlimited re-checks, weekly full checks and daily site checks, alerts by push and email, ai answer tracking in chatgpt and gemini, score history, monthly what's new, pro: 3 sites, 20 questions and ask about any fix. Prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page before you buy.

## How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.

- **App Store:** payment is charged to your Apple account. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
- **Google Play:** payment is charged to your Google account. Manage or cancel in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.

Refunds are described in the [refund policy](/refund-policy/).

## What may I not do?

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, do not try to break its security, and do not use it against the law. We may stop access for anyone who does.

## What are the limits of our responsibility?

We build Northseen with care, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost data, except where the law does not allow this limit, for example for intent, gross negligence or injury. Keep your own copy of anything important.

## Can these terms change?

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change affects paid features, we tell you in the app before it applies.

## Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of residence, without taking away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
