# Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Northseen data. Northseen is made by Dulger Labs.

## How do I delete my account?

1. Open Northseen and sign in.
2. Go to **Settings** and tap **Delete account**.
3. Confirm. Your account and all data stored with it are deleted within 30 days, including backups.

If you cannot open the app, write to support@dulgerlabs.com from the email address of your account and we delete it for you.

## What is not deleted?

- **Subscriptions** are not cancelled by deleting data. Cancel them in the App Store, Google Play or from the web receipt email.
- **Purchase records** are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- **Anonymous usage data** cannot be linked to you and expires on its own.

## How do I delete data held by Dulger Labs?

Waitlist emails have an unsubscribe link that deletes your address at once. For support messages or any other data, write to support@dulgerlabs.com and we delete it within one month.
